The upper body of the pig and poultry transport vehicle is standard:

1. Body material: Fenglu aluminum, quality assurance. The lightweight body is made of aluminum alloy, with independent mold profiles and reinforced internal ribs. Compared with the carbon steel box, the weight is reduced by 20-30%; it can withstand high temperature disinfection of 60-80 degrees; no paint protection is required, no rust, and the life cycle is infinitely extended.

2. Openable and closable side windows: ventilation windows are set on both sides of the car, and sealing plates that can move up and down are opened and closed. The ventilation is opened according to the actual situation. It is usually closed when the car is empty and the weather is the worst.

3. Tailgate hydraulics: remote control full hydraulic lifting tailgate, the hydraulic cylinder is equipped with a piston buffer device, the upper and lower goods are not overloaded, and the lowering is a single four-way hydraulic pressure, which saves more electric control energy. Equipped with manual and remote control operation modes to ensure the safety and stability of the tailgate. The tailgate can also be raised and lowered when the whole car is without electricity.

4. Gas mixing compartment: According to environmental requirements, cold air, heating and normal temperature air are mixed. After constant temperature, they are sent into the compartment through nine dedicated air supply channels. Each compartment in the compartment has a dedicated air inlet.

5. Fences: 4 pens per layer, 12 pens in three layers. This design makes the compartment more solid and firm.

6. Refrigerator: Install a high-power refrigeration machine to ensure that the temperature in the compartment is suitable under high temperature conditions.

7. Fuel heating: The whole vehicle is equipped with two sets of fuel heating devices, which are fast and efficient, ensuring the heating supply of the compartment in winter. No noise, silent design, can work normally at an altitude of 5,000 meters.

8. Air filtration: The primary plate filter and sub-high efficiency pleated filter can effectively isolate small particles with pathogens in normal temperature air, meet the requirements of biosafety for livestock and poultry vehicle transportation, and ensure the safety of livestock and poultry transportation.

9. Ventilation channel: DC 24V large-displacement high-speed waterproof electronic ventilation fan, **** in the cab. Equipped with 6 air supply fans with ** air supply channels, 3 direct supply fans, and 6 exhaust fans at the rear of the car body. There are 15 fans in total, which can replace all the air in the car once a minute.

10. Temperature control: A temperature sensing device is installed in the car to monitor the temperature in the car in real time. The operation can be viewed in the cab and the temperature of the car can be adjusted.

11. Spraying: Each stall is equipped with a stainless steel atomizing nozzle, which is operated in the cab and sprays to cool down when the temperature in the car is too high. The cooling effect is obvious, and a waterproof ball valve is provided to prevent the pipeline from freezing in winter. There are a total of 12 nozzles on the three layers.

12. Diet: Each stall is equipped with 2 stainless steel drinking nozzles, which can meet the drinking needs of drinking water and liquid food, and improve the survival rate of livestock and poultry during long-distance transportation. There are a total of 24 drinking nozzles on the three layers.

13. Water tank: The vehicle is equipped with a ≥500L all-aluminum multifunctional water tank to ensure the endurance of the spraying and drinking water system.

14. Sewage discharge: There is a sewage outlet at the bottom of each of the four corners of the carriage to prevent water from accumulating in the carriage and causing colds and discomfort to livestock and poultry. A sewage tank can be installed according to the use requirements.

15. Monitoring: Each floor of the carriage is equipped with a monitoring camera, and a monitoring camera at the rear. The status of livestock and poultry is displayed in real time in the cab.

16. Lighting: Each floor of the carriage is equipped with lighting lamps. Even when the carriage is closed, the dynamics of livestock and poultry can be observed normally. A lighting searchlight is installed at the rear to facilitate night operations.

17. On-board generator: Equipped with a 3.5kw high-power DC 24V diesel generator, it can power the vehicle in an emergency to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
