- 用自己的详情替代真实存在的公司的发票的内容
- 转账前请确定指定的详细信息正确，并确认这些信息是否与指定的公司相关。

This means the item has been completely disassembled, cleaned and inspected for wear and breakage. All worn and/or non-functioning parts have been replaced with brand new or refurbished components. In its functioning, the part corresponds to a new part and cannot be distinguished from a new part.

The seller is an entrepreneur in the sense of § 14 BGB.

However, this exclusion does not apply to claims for damages arising from liability for material defects based on negligent or intentional breach of an obligation on the part of the seller, nor does it apply to bodily injury.
If the bidder is a consumer within the meaning of § 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the seller shall be liable for the material defects that existed at the time of purchase in accordance with the statutory provisions on liability for defects. The liability of the seller shall be limited to one year.
