The Kärcher TFK 250 is a high-performance mobile field kitchen trailer designed for military and humanitarian operations, capable of providing large-scale catering in even the most demanding environments. Built on a robust single-axle 3,500 kg trailer, it combines versatility, efficiency, and durability — ideal for rapid deployment in the field.

Two 150-litre double-walled GASTRONOM pressure cookers

Two 55-litre GASTRONOM pressure fryers

Two 78-litre GASTRONOM baking compartments (dual-level, oil-heated)

Two 28-litre hot water and tea boilers

Four-unit pressure vaporisation burner system compatible with diesel, light fuel, petrol, or kerosene

Modular design – cooking units (boiling, frying, and baking) are interchangeable and removable in the field without specialist tools

With just two cooks, the TFK 250 can prepare full meals for up to 250 personnel, or a single-course meal for 500 people within two hours, ensuring efficient, large-scale meal production in remote or emergency situations.

The trailer features a swing-arm torsion bar suspension, providing excellent stability even during cross-country movement with full pans. It is equipped with four stabilizing support legs and a 17 m² folding, weatherproof canopy that protects both the cooking area and personnel.

An optional two-part all-round tent system is available for extended operations in harsh or cold weather conditions.

Mobility and Transport:
The fully equipped TFK 250 can be transported internally or externally by a variety of military aircraft, including CH-47 Chinook, CH-53, C-130 Hercules, and C-160 Transall.
